Check your account balance, disconnection for nonpayment to resume soon

Due to high temperatures in June and July then the system conversion in August and September, accounts with past due balances have not been disconnected for some time. Starting in October, disconnection on accounts with past due balances will resume. Members with an overdue balance should always contact the office to make arrangements.

TCEC advises all members to keep their account balance current. Members can manage their account and make payments via SmartHub at tcec.smarthub.coop. If members need assistance with their account, they should call TCEC at 580.652.2418 during regular business hours.
