We might mail a deposit refund check to the mailing address on file. Your email is used to access your account online and you can use it to subscribe to notifications.
To ensure you receive the latest information regarding your service, be sure to provide TCEC with the best phone number and email address to reach you. Starting in January, our member service team will verify this information when you call to help ensure your contact information is up-to-date.
