Community Solar

TCEC is proud to be the first utility in Oklahoma to offer its members a community solar energy option.

TCEC Community Solar provides a renewable energy option for members who want the benefits of solar ownership without the research, construction and maintenance of a roof-top system. With community solar, all panels are located in a central location just north of TCEC's office in Hooker, Oklahoma, and members receive monthly bill credits for the electricity their panels produce.

Oversize Loads

TCEC needs to be notified of oversize loads 15 feet 9 inches or higher coming through its service territory, which includes the Oklahoma Panhandle and some surrounding areas. See TCEC's service territory here.

Contributions are given for safety and youth programs, school and community events and improvements, and other projects that will enhance quality of life for cooperative members. Depending on the need, contributions may take several different formats - monetary, employee labor, or promotional products.
