Pay As You Go - Prepaid
The Pay As You Go program from TCEC is simple, affordable and flexible. You decide when and how to pay your bill. You are in charge of your energy use. Plus, there are no fees or deposits for members on the program, making it ideal for members on a budget. Not only do you have the flexibility to pay when and how you want, but you will likely be using less energy, helping the environment and your wallet! To enroll, complete and return the Pay As You Go Agreement. View the Pay As You Go brochure.
AutoPay - Bank or credit card automatic draft
AutoPay is a no-hassle solution for monthly bill payment - the amount of your bill is automatically deducted each month from your bank, credit union or savings and loan account. AutoPay users continue to receive a Tri-County bill at the regular time each month, but they are plainly marked "BANK DRAFT - DO NOT PAY." Sign up now via bank draft or credit card draft in SmartHub. Levelized Monthly Payment (LMP)
Make budgeting easier with our LMP plan, which levelizes your electric bills over a 12-month period. Residential customers who have at least 12 months of service are eligible to enroll. Your total annual cost for electricity will remain the same, but you will receive a more consistent bill each month. Complete and return this form to enroll.
PaySite kiosks allow you to make cash, check or credit card payments to your TCEC account as well as your accounts with several other billers of popular services. When making a TCEC payment, it will post to your account immediately, whether it is day or night. We have placed these machines at several locations throughout our service territory. PaySites accept cash, check or credit/debit card payments. Credit cards accepted are Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Cash payments made in excess of your bill amount will be credited to your account. PaySites do not have the ability to provide change.
